Grandmaster Sun De Yao is an internationally recognized master of Hao Style (Taiji Meihua) Praying Mantis Boxing, with students in many countries. He began his Mantis Boxing training under his uncle, Hao Bin, at the age of 3, and has over a half century of experience. Master Sun is the grandson of the legendary Hao Heng Lu, "The Sword Magician." His lineage can be traced directly back to Wang Lang, the founder of Praying Mantis Boxing.
